Article Abstract:
The Mars Global Surveyor has captured images of channels, gullies and debris that suggests evidence of flowing water, increasing speculation that life once existed on Mars. NASA has lost over a billion dollars on Mars projects since 1993, it is hoped that there may now be some pay back.
