NBC Shifts Management Ahead of Merger

NBC is reorganizing its top executives before completion of its merger with Vivendi Universal Entertainment. Robert C. Wright will assume management control of NBC-Universal. Jeff Zucker and Randy Falco will be promoted. Zucker will add supervisory control of NBC News to his responsibilities. Falco will become group president of NBC operations.
