US Air Asks Court to End Labor Contracts

Us Airways Inc. is trying to terminate contracts with flight attendants, passenger service representatives, and mechanics in an effort to save $1.3 billion a year. The Federal Bankruptcy Court has already approved emergency pay cuts and reduced retirement benefits.
