Big banks roll out personal Web portals

Internet start-ups, called "aggregators" or "screen scrapers," sell information gathered from an individual's bank, credit car and investment accounts and consolidated on a single Web page. The banks who buy this information system say the benefits to them and to their customers are obvious while others see the danger to privacy and confidentiality.
