Dollar slips as investors favour U.S. currency

July export gains halt 4-month drop

A new report from Statistics Canada showed that Canadian exports rose in July to $32.7 billion for shipped goods. The Statistics Canada report showed a 0.5% gain over June 2003, the first increase in four months.
