Northwest deal gives business fliers Saturday off
Article Abstract:
Northwest Airlines Inc has launched a weekday night special discount coach fare for business fliers called BizFlex. The BizFlex promotion does not require a Saturday-night stay on the road for these travelers. BizFlex fares are up to 40% off full-fare coach tickets and require a stay-over on any night. Northwest Airlines Executive VP Tim Griffin noted that they cost 10%-20% more than the excursion fares that require a Saturday night stay. Up to 80% of Northwest's seats will be available for the new fares.
