Osprey about to join trust craze: Newspaper group formed from former Hollinger papers to go public in weeks

Osprey Media Group Inc., the newspaper company established in 2001 from the remains of Conrad Black's Canadian media empire, is planning to go public by entering into the income trust market in February 2004. Osprey is expected to sell between $200-million and $300-million worth of trust units, with much of the money earmarked for paying down debt built up from acquisitions.

Teachers agrees to WestJet investment
