The board of directors of Hollinger International Inc. in Canada held a meeting on 14 November 2003 where the chairman of Hollinger International Inc., Conrad Black is expected to announce a new investor in the company. The most crucial financial issue facing the Hollinger Empire is the liquidity crisis at Hollinger Inc., the holding company that owns 30% of the equity and 73% of the voting control of Hollinger International Inc.
