Ottawa looks to boost foreign investment

Ottawa is aiming to develop a strategy to prevent Canada from falling further behind other countries as they boost their investments in fast-growing Asian economies such as China's. China was a modest source of investment for Canada, which received $442-million from that country in 2003.
