CAW warns on Ford investment

The Canadian Auto Workers (CAW) union cautioned that Ford Motor Co. may terminate its investment plans for Canada. CAW president Buzz Hargrove blamed DaimlerChrysler's termination of a planned auto plant in Ontario on the province and on Ottawa.
