Payments to EI fund trigger call for cuts
Article Abstract:
Canada secured 3.6 billion Canadian dollars more than what was required in Employment Insurance payments over the last fiscal year. The payments collected were much more than what was needed to cover eligible claims. Major cuts are now being called for in worker and employer contributions.
