Phillips puts Alberta property on block

Phillips Petroleum Resources Ltd., which is a unit of Bartlesville, Okla.-based Phillips Petroleum Co., will sell its Zama oil and gas properties. The assets, which are located in northwestern Alberta, are expected to bring between $500 million and $600 million.

Fletcher sale to Shell-Apache gets nod
