Potash Corp. to cut production

Potash Corp. of Saskatchewan Inc. is planning to close production at two facilities in the United States, one in White Springs, Florida, and the other in Davenport, Iowa. Potash will also layoff 414 workers. The company attributed the moves as a response to a slowing phosphate fertilizer market.
