The article discusses the attitude of Canadian publishers towards the potential merger of bookstores Indigo Books Music and more Inc. and Chapters Inc. and its on-line unit. The main issue in bookselling is that wholesalers such as Pegasus Wholesale Inc. will discount books for the dominant national retailer.
