Controversy has arisen over the issue of disclosure in regard to an interview conducted over the Internet with Nortel Networks CEO, John Roth. In the interview, webcast by RBC Dominion to its brokers and clients, Mr. Roth expressed the company's concerns that clients were reducing equipment orders. Three days later the company announced that it was slashing its growth forecast.
