RT Capital to reimburse clients

The Royal Bank of Canada's pension management arm is informing clients that reimbursement will come as compensation for the excess fees and stock prices due to a stock manipulation scheme that was exposed by regulators. One of RT Capital Management Inc.'s largest customers, Alcan Aluminium Ltd., has already announced it may withdraw its pension assets because of the scandal.
