Rona buys 20-store Reno-Depot chain

Reno-Depot Inc. has been acquired by rival Rona Inc., which is led by chief executive officer Robert Dutton, for about $350 million. Rona, which is a major hardware store chain, acquired twenty Reno-Depot stores in the provinces of Ontario and Quebec.
