Royal Group says RCMP probe targets transactions, not firm

Royal Group Technologies Ltd. announced that it is not under RCMP investigation but is facing a lot of problems by the Ontario Securities Commission. The RCMP and federal tax officials are reviewing $32 million in transactions between Royal Group, the Ontario-based building products company, and a resort in St. Kitts-Nevis.
