Sams Online re-emerges on CDNX as shell company

Toronto, Ont.-based Sams Online Inc., which had been the online retail unit of bankrupt Sam the Record Man, will change its name when it lists on the Calgary, Alb.-based Canadian Venture Exchange as a shell company. Sams Online, which has cash assets of about $100,000, will launch its new business in about one year.
