Should U.S. energy policy focus on developing hydrogen fuel cells?
Article Abstract:
David Garman, assistant energy secretary for energy efficiency and renewable energy, debates with Joseph Romm, former acting assistant secretary of energy, on whether U.S. energy policy should develop hydrogen fuel cells. German feels that this will provide a fundamental change whereas, Romm feels that the introduction of hydrogen cars will undermine the efforts to reduce the emissions of heat-trapping greenhouse gases.
