After Hurricane Katrina, Liberty Bank and Trust, the largest black-owned bank in New Orleans is struggling to get back on its feet. Chief executive, Alden J. McDonald Jr., remains optimistic, but the bank has had to spend $500,000 to replace computer equipment and is having trouble finding housing for its employees.
