The officials of the U.S. President George W. Bush stated after the fall of Baghdad, Saddam Hussein was finished, but later CIA confirmed that it was not over as yet. The way in which Saddam's shadow began to haunt the White House with his money, diehards and the strategy of fighting a guerrilla war are described.
