A Nova Scotia board of inquiry has issued subpoenas for Curragh Resources Inc's officials, including the firm's former CEO Clifford Frame. Curragh Resources was the parent company of Westray Coal Inc. Westray owned the mine which exploded in May 1992, killing 26 miners.
