Article Abstract:
Some US officials claim Iran has relationships to terrorist groups, but the fact that Iran is a democracy complicates matters. Iran has expelled suspected members of Al Qaeda to Saudi Arabia and Pakistan, and its national security council warned in a secret communique after the September 11, 2001 attacks that summary execution would be the punishment given to any member of the security or intelligence services providing any kind of help to Al Qaeda.

The arrest of terrorist involved in the recent bombing in Britain is discussed. It is described that the terrorists named Yasin Hassan Omar, Muktar Said Ibrahim, Ramzi Mohammed, Osman Hussain, and Mohammed Sidique Khan, were leading a normal life in the Britain and were never a suspect in any untoward incidents.
