Former drug addicts Dexter Manley, Tammy Fuller and Gary Patterson attribute their stay in prison for helping them kick their drug habits. They had tried rehabilitation in programs outside of prison to no avail. All three claimed they needed the fear and structure of prison life to help them defeat their addiction.
