The eh! List
Article Abstract:
The National Trust of Australia released its list of hundred living national treasures, but errors in the list have questioned its authenticity since fifteen of those mentioned in the list are unfortunately no longer alive. Many others have expressed reservations about some names on the list or the people not on the list and as always unfavorable comparisons are being made with those not in the list.

Speed demons
Article Abstract:
Steroids and speed enhancing drugs have been a part of the life of sports personalities, where whenever they have been tested positive, they have pleaded their innocence, claiming that the drug was taken inadvertently. It is important to have an independent drug-testing agency for all sports, so that no incidence of drug testing goes unreported and hidden from the public.

Smile you're on speed camera
Article Abstract:
New South Wales (NSW) lawyer Dennis Miralis proved that the speed cameras put up by the Roads and Traffic Authority were not infallible. Miralis got off a driver, who also won Aus$3,300 in costs, because the police could not prove that the details of the photograph of the driver's apparently speeding car had not been tampered with.
