William H. McRaven, a rear admiral, has been assigned the job of tracing Osama Bin Laden, a job that requires much ruthlessness. McRaven has headed Task Force 121 that represents a pure hybrid of civilian intelligence and military striking power, and a covert, miniature strike force with a secretive command structure, which helped to capture Saddam Hussein.
