The price of arrogance

The meaning of the term 'responsibility' is taken very lightly especially by the officials of the United States (US) government. The US Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld may have accepted the responsibility of the events at the Abu Gharib Prison, but in actual fact nothing has been done to rectify the damage and as a result of this arrogance and incompetence of the US, the future of new Iraq appears bleak.
