President Bill Clinton has the unique quality of expressing the right emotions at a time of national sorrow. However, enacting the right domestic and foreign policies is often difficult. As Clinton prepares for his grand jury testimony about his alleged affair with Monica Lewinsky, he is faced with foreign policy challenges such as Iraq's refusal to open all sites for UN inspection and the African bombings that claimed many American and African lives.

President Bill Clinton in a speech at the annual meeting of the International Monetary Fund and World Bank declared the Asian financial crisis a global economic problem. He called for a G-7 meeting and outlined a list of drastic economic initiatives. He stated that the US has the obligation to lead, but many countries are worried about his domestic scandals that may lead to an impeachment inquiry.

'Palestinian go home.'
Article Abstract:
President Bill Clinton's visit to Gaza was seen by many right-wing Jews as a recognition of eventual Palestinian statehood.
