The trials of Schapelle
Article Abstract:
Schapelle Corby, who was arrested in Indonesia for allegedly possessing 4.1 Kg of a banned substance, could face the death penalty, if the panel of three judges in Indonesia remains unconvinced of her innocence. The case of Corby confirms several stereotypes about foreigners in Indonesia, that they bring drugs to damage Bali, and are disrespectful and ignorant of local beliefs and customs.
