Canadian men's figure skater Elvis Stojko's challenging free skate program earned him his second world title at the Mar 1995 World Figure Skating Championships in Birmingham, United Kingdom. The Canadian team of Shae-Lynn Bourne and Victor Kraatz placed fourth in the ice dancing competition.
