Time to overhaul the G7, and leave Canada out?

Morgan Stanley's chief economist Stephen Roach argues that the world urgently needs a new economic superpower club including China to deal with a possible collapse of the US dollar. Mr. Roach suggested in his report sent to the Morgan Stanley's international clientele to overhaul the outmoded Group of Seven and create a more muscular Group of Five.
