Transat eyes U.S. expansion

Montreal, Quebec-based Transat A.T. Inc., which is led by chairman and chief executive officer Jean-Marc Eustache, is planning a U.S. expansion by acquiring one or more tour operators. Transat, which is one of the ten largest travel firms in the world, has allocated between $30 million and $100 million for the deals.
