Stephen Hopper, a lawyer by profession helped Maha Habib to rescue her husband, Mamdouh Habib from the American prison camp where he was held without trial. Stephen Hopper was set apart by the Habibs as he had problems with Habib supporters including Martha Morrison considering that the Habibs had another support system.
