Trimark woos another former Teachers Pension Plan manager

Mutual fund company Trimark Financial Corp has tapped portfolio manager Heather Hunter to oversee its $3.9-billion Trimark Select Canadian Growth Fund. Hunter, previously the vice-president of equities at Ontario Teachers Pension Plan Board, has been hired to turn around the largest of Trimark's Canadian stock funds. The mutual fund has been suffering from net redemptions caused by its poor performance in the past years.
