US airline filing sends Bombardier scrambling: Finds taker for 16 of 45 jets ordered

Montreal-based Bombardier's is the second-largest unsecured claim against US Airways. In order to cope with the effects of the airline's insolvency on orders worth $1.2-billion, the Bombardier Inc. has delivered 16 out of 45 regional jets scheduled to US Airways Group Inc.

Bombardier signs a deal for Learjets
