U.S. oil man wants a chance to drill under Lake Michigan

Robert Robinson, owner of Aztec Producing Company Inc., would like to drill for oil and gas under Lake Michigan, after Michigan lifted a four year ban on drilling beneath the lake. Drilling proponents state that Talisman Energy Inc. and other Canadian firms have had no environmental problems while they have been drilling under Lake Erie.
