Toronto-based provider of online trading services Versus Technologies Inc. reported that its initial public offering has been oversubscribed. The company increased the number of shares for sale to 3.65 million for the initial offering and an additional secondary sale of 417,500. Bay Street dealers bidded up the price to an intraday high of C$14.50 in "when-issued" trading, up by 26% from its list price of C$11.50, before closing at $12.30.
