Plessisville's voters are normally considered nationalist in orientation, but attendees at sovereignty hearing were clearly skeptical about the Parti Quebecois's (PQ) rosy predictions for life in an independent Quebec. A similar hearing in Windsor was a public relations disaster for the PQ.
