Worker education and oral history in Denmark
Article Abstract:
The role of oral history in worker education was studied. Although oral tradition has significantly democratized written labor history in Denmark, it still has to be developed into a field of research for worker education methodology. Past studies have shown that narrative tradition can be utilized in the development of worker consciousness. Workers' individual histories can be synthesized to form a larger picture of labor history.
