Barak took the wrong path for Israel
Article Abstract:
The leader of the Yisrael Ba'Aliy party in Israel, Natan Sharansky, feels that Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Barak made a mistake by choosing to try to renew negotiations with Yasir Arafat, instead of taking decisive military action against the Palestinians' violent uprising. Sharansky believes that Barak needs to join forces with Likud leader Ariel Sharon to find a solution to the current Middle East problem.
