Feminist legal theories
Article Abstract:
Feminist legal theory cannot be described with a single definition, as doing so would either fail to include some important aspect of the approach or be too broad to say anything meaningful. For some, it is simply the study of women and the law. Others see it as a methodological approach, encompassing a wide range of approaches that have come to be known as feminist methodologies. It can also be seen as a goal-oriented enterprise, concerned with improving women's status. More narrowly, it can also be seen as a way of addressing certain policy issues, such as abortion or suffrage.

Legal indeterminacy: its cause and cure
Article Abstract:
Uncertainty should not be mistakenly equated with legal indeterminacy in the debate over the value of originalist interpretation of the Constitution. Uncertainty in originalist interpretation occurs in deciding which sources to rely on and what to infer from sources that are found. Indeterminacy combines uncertainty and a particular standard of proof. Indeterminacy is positively correlated with the standard of proof. A higher degree of proof leads to greater indeterminacy for a given level of uncertainty.

Foreword: two visions of the nature of man
Article Abstract:
The Federalists designed a political system for the US that recognizes selfishness and ambition as facts of human nature that must be channeled to produce the best results, unlike the communist system, which attempted to alter human nature. The success of the US Constitution in comparison with that of the USSR can be at least partly attributed to the Federalists' more realistic view of human nature.
