Globalization from below
Article Abstract:
Controversial Venezuelan president, Hugo Chavez, believes that his policy of development in Latin America is not so much anti-globalization, as pro-integration, with the integration taking place between the countries of South America, Central America and the Caribbean. Once "internal globalization" is underway, Latin America can move on possibly to a more international globalization.
