A revised speech act analysis of Catharine MacKinnon's claims about pornography, background on both MacKinnon's claims and speech act theory, are presented. Five challenges to Langton's analysis of pornography, are mentioned.

The maintenance and distruption of unequal relationships is explained through private action and law. Legal repression is described to increase indignation which aggregates the problem of advantaged people .
