Montenegro: A miracle in the Balkans?

The article describes about the transition of Montenegro from being a small part of Yugoslavia to a fully sovereign country has taken place peacefully and orderly not due to any miracle but because of the consensus between various political leaderships and the people along with a little support from the European Union (EU).

Turbulence and reform in Papua New Guinea
Article Abstract:
This article discusses the regular and free elections that are held in Papua New Guinea. The author argues that even though the elections represent a true attempt at political reform it may not be enough to overcome the political turbulence.
