Robert Frost: The conversationalist as poet
Article Abstract:
Those who personally knew the poet Robert Frost from about 1913 till his death in 1963 were of the consensus that the man was one of the 20th century's most gifted conversationalists. The poet as an adult impressed innumerable people as a conversationalist with his brilliance, humor, imagination, learning, wit and provocative, original ideas. An evaluation of Frost's origins and development as a poet will reveal significant insights into his brilliance as a conversationalist.
