The process of control
Article Abstract:
Organizational control in public administration has four basic principles founded on coordination. The first principle focuses on the nature of unity or reciprocal relating of all the factors in a given situation. Coordination by direct control of the responsible individuals concerned, on the other hand, means that contact is exercised through interrelations between department heads. Coordination in the early stages suggests that direct contact begins in the earliest stages of the control process. The fourth principle views coordination as a continuous process.
