The emergence of ecofeminist political economy
Article Abstract:
Ecofeminism is treated in a radical and materialist way by three works on the subject. Ariel Salleh's 'Ecofeminism as Politics: Nature, Marx and the Postmodern', Asoka Bandarage's 'Women, Population and Global Crisis', and Mary Mellor's 'Feminism and Ecology' see the main contradiction in the world economy as the unvalued reproductive work of women and the position of women between nature and man. The three works do not fall into ecological or biological determinism. They develop their own explanatory position and develop Green politics.

A theory of post-ecologist politics
Article Abstract:
Post-ecologist politics is a theory that can be used to evaluate and criticize contemporary ecological thought and politics. This theory states that the ecologist ideology as well as the environmental movement are ideas that have lost their relevance due to the modernization of society. Post-ecologist politics are loosely based on the systems theory of Niklas Luhmann and the constructionist reinterpretation of environmentalism.

Are all greens active? rethinking the participation issue looking at the case of Groen links Amsterdam
Article Abstract:
Individuals who belong to environmental action groups vary widely in attitude and behaviour. The sex and social background of an individual has a significant influence over green movement activity. Further studies to research prior political experiences are required to establish the reasons why environmentally-concerned individuals join green movements.
