The wages of boredom
Article Abstract:
History has shown that those who are not worked all day long need to pursue a hobby to prevent boredom. In the absence of peaceful pastimes such as literature, poetry and plays, bored individuals with poor parenting can turn to violence and even murder to vent their energy.

Companies can increase labor productivity by reducing the work hours of regular employees and employing additional workers. BMW's experience show that the technique offers various financial and non-financial rewards.

The setting up of high minimum wages for German workers have decreased the demand for laborers with low wages. Germany can revive its labor market by allowing the law of supply and demand to control the market.
