United Germany and European integration
Article Abstract:
The relationship between Germany and France and the reunification of Germany have important implications for the European Union. The overwhelming impact of the policies of Germany's Bundesbank on the European economy and the hegemony of the Deutsch Mark are factors to be taken into consideration during the monetary union. Its size and economic strength will make it behave like a large normal country within the Union. This will not be liked by the smaller countries in the EU. In the integration process, Germany stresses all those concepts of the EU that are objected to by France and Britain.

Germany's role in European security
Article Abstract:
Germany's foreign and defense policy depends on its partnership with the US and France. German politicians have come forward with a plan to prepare a Transatlantic Treaty between the European Union and the US to continue the complex and successful nature of this relationship. Germany's overview of its security requirements and foreign policy is undergoing transformation in the light of the reunification process and the end of the Cold War. German participation in international armed operations is now a question of political will.

Article Abstract:
